Although pull rates for these "secret rare" cards are traditionally very low, it appears that the Pokmon TCG has increased the pull rates for rare cards, at least for this set
Your early and mid-game plays look very similar
We can buff Jenova to place even more +1/+1 counters and also draw a ton of cards when one of our other mutant creatures dies

Te K Elemental Terror When I first pulled a copy of this card, I was shocked at its stat-line and never-ending positives: The joint highest cost and clear highest Strength and Willpower of any character, it can shift for 7, it is inkable, it has an inkable shift target AND a useful ability
This is the only pure life gain card that remains in my A cube and with good reason
