If either player does not have a Basic Pokmon, they reveal their hand to the opponent, shuffle their hand, and redraw another seven cards
The Scepter is a 3-drop three equip dork that gives a nice +2/+0 and trample, so it likes deathtouch as well
The same is true for copies of permanent spells that become tokens on the battlefield
This will then add double strike to all other attacking creatures, potentially turning what your opponent thought was a safe attack into something fatal
For example, Nicol Bolas the Ravager will exile himself and return to the battlefield transformed into Nicol Bolas, the Arisen by paying four generic, one blue, one black, and one red mana
