When creating Pokemon VMAX, we experimented with oversize cards but quickly realized that going that route would limit the ways in which we could get the cards in players hands while also preventing players from using their existing card sleeves and cases, making it harder for certain players to enjoy playing the game. Some rebacked cards are made when the back of the card was considered marked or unplayable, and someone put the front on a new back to allow the card to be "playable" again
If each target chosen is an illegal target as that spell or ability tries to resolve, it wont resolve
You'll need to exert the Combat Celebrants one at a time, in multiple combat phases, to untap your attacking creatures and attack with them in each combat step
