Veterans will remember how powerful Adventure cards are in Limited, providing two cards in one, so getting good Warp cards will increase the power and stability of a deck
Altar of Dementia does this by letting you sacrifice a creature to have any player mill cards equal to that creatures power
Then your pump for Rakdos mana will work on both at the same time, plus other Dragons
Songs work like Actions, but have the alternate cost of exerting a character with equivalent cost
While I dont think this card has what it takes to make it competitively, its already a hit with collectors, collecting an impressive market price
Other good payoffs are spells with X in their mana cost like Crackle with Power, Mass Manipulation, and Animist's Awakening that benefit from pumping tons of mana into them
