Theres not a heap of change needed to maintain power levels, but fitting in a few favourites could amp up the power level overall
I would try and get this card into the active Pokemon to start the game and put two energy cards on it and use Water Gun every turn until you get your benched Pokemon set up, then you can retreat Relicanth for only one energy card
