Format Rules Standard follows all the normal rules for a one-on-one Constructed format
Its most obviously great with Delve, but there are just so many cards it sets up any of the Zombify effects, Returned to the Ranks, Ojutais Command, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, Rally the Ancestors, Whip of Erebos, etc
They do, however, introduce new concepts with a higher complexity than starter decks
