The cards in a player's Graveyard are public knowledge, and may be checked by either player at any time, but the order of the cards in the Graveyard may not be changed
They can't be countered or redirected by standard instants and activated abilities, so the only way your opponent can interact with them is with something already in play
So how do you get your cards graded and more importantly how do you send them in correctly so they aren't lost, damaged, or incorrectly evaluated
Now, it carries a price tag of 220,000 JPY (~US$1,500), meaning that its price has doubled from an already exceptionally high baseline price in a little over a week
And I think that pretty much gives away the reason lock cards arent treated as just another answer by the player base
Also, while the 60-some cards in the starter set were organized into two piles of 30 cards each, these didnt seem to be playable half-decks
