I find that cards like this tend to perform better in constructed, where you can have a really sweet manabase, than in cube, where as an aggro deck you have to cobble together a bunch of mismatched duals and pray it all works
Its ceiling on turn one is what Tome Scour does all the time
Have the serialised and fancy art versions for the collectors to keep their value and have cheap base versions for the players to play with
It then gives those Faeries a +1/+1 counter every time a card is discarded that way
For example, if the exiled card is a sorcery card, you may cast it only during your main phase while the stack is empty
As such, WotC has never reprinted this card, save for in a From the Vault release and a Secret Lair Drop, leading to this cards over-$12 price point
