You have the option to discard any Basic Energy cards attached to your Pokmon in play
While it does die to a lot of popular removal spells, the ward at least makes it pretty annoying for our opponent to kill, and by the mid game it's pretty easy for Dragonfly Swarm to be something like a 5/3 flier for three, and later it can climb to 10 or more power, letting us close out the game in just a couple of attacks
This is a great upgrade compared to the other Urabrask, and the card advantage helps takes mono-red decks to the next level in terms of being able to apply consistent pressure
While the current version of Lugia VSTAR doesnt run any Basic Energy, you might want to include some Lightning Energy in your list to make room for the number one card on my list 1
