You'll definitely have to have Reuniclus in any deck you have this card in because there is no reason at all to use this card if you don't plan on evolving it, there are plenty of psychic Pokemon cards out there better than this card and they are basic Pokemon, so I suggest you use some of those Pokemon in your deck instead
