Anything that says cant be countered makes me smile in Magic, but the riot ability is quite sweet since you can give haste to a non-hasty creature, or you can give a hasty creature a +1/+1 counter

Since you can put it on itself, you can ensure a size equivalent to a vanilla creature, but considering the Manifest/Inheritance mechanic, you'd want to put it on another creature with evasion to help it survive
