I happened upon this card by chance, when shopping for singles to help bolster my other commander decks, and picked it up thinking it would be prefect for a Simic deck I had been planning to build for a while with Tatyova, Steward of the Tides as the commander, reasoning that the lands recurring would be very effective

I wasnt a huge fan of the main-set Andril

These lands count as both basic land types, so you can fetch them with any relevant fetch land, and they enter the battlefield untapped without any drawback

Treva's Charm is almost completely overshadowed by Brokers Charm

Foil cards didnt exist until Urzas Legacy , so no cards of that ilk are here
