While this has not been an issue as the Adept tends to only see play in heavy blue creature decks or UG decks where the fixing is very good I am pretty certain it is still wrong

For more controlling builds, copying Spine of Ish Sah allows you to destroy a permanent every turn, while the sacrifice trigger returns the original Spine to your hand for repeated use
It makes a very strong companion for doctors interested in suspending stuff like The Ninth Doctor and The Tenth Doctor, while adding the possibility to play white suspend spells in these decks
You can upgrade the deck with some pretty inexpensive cards and improve it a lot
