It does put you down a card, but it is still an incredibly powerful way to protect whatever you are doing on your own turn, and the ability to hit opponents' commanders and large creatures even while tapped out is notable
Pokemon Card Strategy: So as far as strategy goes, since Torterra is a stage 2 Pokemon card, you'll first have to get Turtwig into play and then evolve it into Grotle before you can evolve Grotle into Torterra, both of those Pokemon are from this set and I've reviewed both of them the last couple of days
