As a format, Classic is sometimes about executing your own game plan better than your opponent can execute theirs
This decision was not made lightly, and we understand that it may cause some disappointment
As I mentioned before, it takes a while for us to actually mill all of our opponent's cardswe usually win somewhere around Turn 8but considering that both Engulf the Shore and Crush of Tentacles are often double Fogs (buying us at least one turn of not taking damage and sometimes one-and-a-half or even two turns), it's not that hard to make the game go long
While a piece of equipment like Grafted Exoskeleton might let Kediss make short work of whoever you didn't swing Ishai at, I think a Strionic Resonator is more likely to not get instantly removed
You may cast that spell for its mana cost until end of turn
The only limit on the deck size is that you have to be able to shuffle it on your own without assistance, and that your sideboard can be no larger than 15 cards
