10 cards in your deck for draw and/or advantage is considered pretty standard, and is in line with what I usually run in a deck
Toon Mermaid can shine in hybrid Decks with WATER monsters that seek to Xyz Summon Bahamut Shark or the Stealth Kragens
send 1 Vampire monster (not named Vampire Koala or Vampire Orchis) from your Deck to the GY whose Level is different from that monsters, and if you do, the targeted monsters Level becomes the Level of the monster sent to the GY, until the end of this turn
