The difference here being that Card not found is an instant, so it can actually blank opponents removal, thus being actual card advantage

It does lose the ability to tap for mana if you do this, but since the name changes, you can play another Irencrag and both the mana rock and Equipment will remain on the battlefield despite being the same card
