It is also important to mention that using clear double-sided pages can lead to damage of the cards if they are stored back to back without additional protection
Being one of the starter evolutions, this is likely a card that many players had on hand at one point or another and may not have realized the value it would one day hold
If you can navigate around those pitfalls, typically with really good politics, this should work as a slick deck to play with
