Both sides of this beast are good, but if you can get that ultimate off, all you need is some cards to protect him and youre laughing
Honestly, just being a five-color, two-mana pseudo-Amulet of Vigor in the command zone is probably enough for Wandering Minstrel to see heavy play
I think its worth making a difference between 2-player and multiplayer formats for this
