Personally, I think this is a great idea, as in the past there have been criticisms that too many cards in a single set have been serialized
The enchantment costs a ridiculous eight mana, but once it's on the field you can cast any dragon spell for free, which is obviously fantastic with Tiamat
For example, if you have Tristaros on the field and your opponent tries to chain Effect Veiler to negate the effect of your Sulfador, you can chain the first effect of Tristaros, summon a Citree from your deck, and Synchro Summon an Eleskeletus using Citree and the targeted Sulfador
Design-wise, Pidgeotto is characterized by its striking plumage, featuring vibrant red and golden feathers on its crest and tail, which contrast with its otherwise earthy tones
