Card discarding like this is a bit dangerous because you can cause your opponents to draw into better cards, but if you have additional on draw or discard triggers then it's definitely worthwhile, and of course you could cycle this or reanimate and sacrifice it repeatedly
This new, and likely very expensive, bonus card is just the tip of the Secret Lair iceberg at the moment
I expect to see her a lot in decks that can turn creatures sideways, including a deck from my in-person playgroup thats built around Grenzo, Havoc Raiser and a suite of supporting goons that allow him to literally rob his opponents blind while generating an insane amount of value
Yawgmoth's Will helps here, too, because you can reuse a Dark Ritual, a Cabal Therapy, a Duress, and so forth
