As such, you really can't go wrong with any of the Commander 2019 decks

Casting a spell with mana value 5 or less from your hand for free is just great

Overlord of the Hauntwoods triggers Up the Beanstalk even if cast for (since the mana value is still 5), and the Everywhere land gives you full domain

As it stands, he rewards you for spells that target, and has functional Hexproof...but with no Haste or evasion I'm not convinced he gets there as a Commander
