Its the most broadly used ACE SPEC, and its so good that my first thought whenever a new ACE SPEC gets added to the game is why I would bother replacing Prime Catcher for it

He isnt the best character of this style Tinker Bell is better thanks to her Pixie Dust ability , but he is the best one in this deck
