Chaos Wrap however gives the option for the owner of the permanent to "wrap" the card by putting in many sleeves (it doesn't specify an exact amount, so as long as you can keep fitting the sleeved card into more sleeves, you're presumably allowed to do this indefinitely) which prevents the card from taking damage or being destroyed by removing one sleeve from the card each time it would be
Improvise can never pay for any colored mana in a spells cost, nor for specifically colorless mana (like the final mana symbol in Reality Smashers mana cost)
This is very situational, but potentially very powerful
If a spell's kicker cost was paid, the spell is "kicked." The kicker ability doesn't let you pay a kicker cost more than once

Memory Lapse is also pretty much a hard counter when used to force something through and/or when you can win the game in that turn as a result, a little like Pact of Negation
