Even though this card has an incredibly high hp it really isn't that good, this card is basically useless when it has 100 hp on it since Dwindling Wave won't do anything at all, so if you're playing in an unlimited type league you'll have to play Wailord for a turn or two then use Super Deep Dive and get all the damage off of it and then a few turns later put it back in, there is absolutely no reason to retreat this card when you can just use Super Deep Dive and retreat it for free, basically
Using them will help you take out his other Pokemon that have low HP
