Naturally, that will hinge upon which decks are being played, the number of cards everyone has in hand, and more

That alone wouldn't be enough, but the boost the transformed Equipment provides makes it worth a try in my eyes

Why is it here

Just like many other trading card games, or TCGs, before (and since!) it was released, the One Piece Card Game has a color system, which is primarily used to dictate which cards are allowed in each players deck
