You wont use the blight counter often on opponents lands, but when you do, itll be a real tempo swing to essential turn someone off of mana or an ability
It's not something that a Merfolk deck is dying for, though there are surely graveyard-based decks where this will look like a more appealing recursion effect
Each turn you activate your web-slinging and put into play another powerful legend brings you closer to victory
