Unless the original Scute Swarm gets destroyed, once the tokens start getting made, short of a board wipe, you won't lose access to Scute Swarm
This is how those target spell cards work they go on the stack after/above the cards they target, so as you work your way down the stack they will apply their effects before that targeted spell does and if their effect is to remove that target from the stack prematurely, then it will never get to resolve at all
