Its a little slow since it only works at sorcery speed, but its perfect when your strategy revolves around a 2-drop and youre either avoiding Game Changers or already have the good tutors

This rule applies to effects that use the phrase in addition to its types or that state that something is still a [type, supertype, or subtype]. Some effects state that an object becomes an artifact creature

Now in many formats this is simply too expensive to effective but here in EDH we love our big clunky cards and I believe that this is super viable in most playgroups
