It deals 2 damage by default, but if you control three or more artifacts, it jumps to 4 damageat just 1 red mana
It requires you to have a carefully structured Pod curve to ensure youve always got something to hit and is susceptible to hate cards like the Ouphe above, but its a fantastic card in a toolbox-style deck full of silver bullets that can be built around it
In Modern specifically, it still sees only moderate play compared to how many decks could truly play it, which is mainly a reason for Jeskai not being super popular right now
