Marketplaces like ChannelFireball, TCGplayer, and Face to Face Games just dont have the manufacturing capabilities to produce their own custom sleeves and they likely outsource that work to these sellers
I could only imagine a deck that plays a few Chansey, and Peonia [Chilling Reign], and keeps attempting to draw extra Prize Cards
Older cards like the 1999 Charizard can sell for well over $100,000 in good condition due to limited prints
