You can grind your way into a deck for free (if you have enough time to play), but if you want to just own several decks without grinding, the system for getting cards is clunky, high variance, and time-consuming, and the cost is high

It was fixed in beta, but the problem is, at the time, the rules was that the cards did what was written on them
