A well-built deck with a smooth mana curve and a good mix of creatures and spells will function just fine, even if it doesn't have much synergy
A good competitive player constantly assesses their opponents board, their own hand, and the potential cards remaining in their deck to plan several turns ahead, always working towards their win condition while disrupting the opponents
It shouldnt be too difficult to swing in with a Dinosaur and cast multiple of its friends in the same turn to pull way ahead
Hush Sometimes your green stompy deck will come across a player that likes to burden you with questions like Do you pay the one? Hush will silence these questions, and a lot more, by destroying all enchantments, allowing you to swing away with your creatures without having to worry about But you might find yourself in a situation where you dont want to get rid of your enchantments, or your opponents may not have any threatening enchantments that need to be wiped
