Those are definitely corner cases though, and Flickerwisp does its best work flickering a permanent for enter the battlefield value
As a 2/1 first strike creature for two mana, it's not the worst in combat, but it's ability is what really makes the card
For example, if you control Elsha of the Infinite ("You may cast noncreature spells from the top of your library") and Keeper of the Crown is on top of your library, you can cast Coronation of the Wilds, but not Keeper of the Crown
You can do some sick things with this card
