Chrome Mox needs a deck with the right colored mana situation and a sufficient need for speed in order to make it worthwhile, but a decent percentage of decks will end up wanting it
I think there is a consistent small change of colour saturation between them - that being the short pack cards are lighter overall and long pack cards being darker and more saturated
If you haven't gained or lost life during the turn when your end step begins, Star Charter's last ability won't trigger at all
However, if I included un-cards in this list, Spike, Tournament Grinder would probably make it
