This could be for you if your deck consistently has enough creatures to convoke it for 1 or 0 mana
While not the most exciting or dynamic card, the illustration of Pikachu exs SIR is very charming, bathing the smiling mascot of the entire Pokemon franchise in an array of bright sunlight
Its a no-brainer at this point to ship all non-foil [card]Wurmcoil Engines[/card] as this will make them worth 30 percent or less of their current value
For the cost of 4 mana, you can play [c]Parallax Tide[/c] with 5 fade counters on it
I would rate this card a 1 out of 5, it is just bad overall, for starters requiring 1 energy card just to poison the defending Pokemon seems excessive for me, I could see if it had that move and a free retreat cost then I wouldn't be complaining about the move, but with a retreat cost of two energy cards, it seems like a huge waste to use this card at all, plus it can't really attack at all unless you want to knock the card out and why if even use this card if you just do that
