Did you tend to lean into more of the non-budget cards, or do you find yourself gravitating towards the budget one
The value definitely saves it from being a complete miss, since the reprints are pretty good across the board, and a few of the artifact-centric new-comers will see play outside the deck
You want Titans to gain card advantage when you make them and you want the game to get quickly out of control when you get a few swings out of your Titan and Frosty here does neither of these things very well
The key part about Celestine is that this ability doesnt cost you any mana to use unlike its life loss counterpart a few ranks back, leaving you free to spend all your mana on other things during your turn
Then you can draw for casts, like the Verduran Enchantress so you draw even if countered, save for Soul of the Harvest which is an ETB trigger for nontokens
