Its an incredible rate for an aggressive creature and provides much-needed card selection so that you dont run out of gas too quickly, or you can dig for a key piece of removal or a burn spell to finish off the game
Now, the card makes me care about +1/+1 counters, so that would have to be worked into the deck, but as I said above, I'm a Johnny, so I'm not scared away by hoops to jump through
You do only get one shot of discarding and it is sorcery speed but for the most part that is fine
