It's not very fun to play against Black Lotus if you don't have any busted cards yourself

That being said, as a deck itself, its not nearly as good as the Emerald/Steel deck that came out this set

Its also capable of drawing cards off of artifacts that are flickered, or brought onto the battlefield via other means, like with a Replenish, for example

Instead of using a regular deck of 52, one can glue cards together so regular player cards have stylish MTG backs

At the minimum six mana you can either draw three cards, have an opponent discard three cards, or give your creatures +3/+0, trample, and haste until end of turn

So, to be clear: you untap Balthier and Fran, and crew something else, and you can pay for more extra combats
