This is still a powerful card, and it's possible it might see some niche play in the sideboards of blue decks that don't have access to board wipes

Ugin, The Spirit Dragon The most costly MTG planeswalker on this list, Ugin, The Spirit Dragon comes with plenty of loyalty and some extremely powerful effects that make them well worth the cost
