I watched most of the original series and some of GX (and a movie that I dont remember the title of), but never watched any of 5Ds, so this will surely be a good learning experience
Essentially, you can sacrifice one of your card still in the deck in order to stop your opponent from doing any Special summoning for the whole turn or whatever else you need at that time
It protects the accursed Wizard, and both halves actually buff his stats, allowing the card to generate mana rather than cost it
Prophet of Kruphix Folks who remember when Wilderness Reclamation had to be banned out of Standard will understand that that half of this card is busted

This MTG set is closer to Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty in terms of power than Phyrexia: All Will Be One , and the cards are appealing and look fun to play
