Thanks to Bartz and Boko's affinity, it can be cast very easily in dedicated Chocobo decks
The fact of the matter is that this is one of the best Planeswalker cards to have ever been printed, and people want the version with the luxury etched foiling of it
You'll know these cards by the Planeswalker symbol located in the lower-left corner: Cards from The List will be legal in any formats they were already legal in, same as the cards from Wilds of Eldraine 's Enchanting Tales
Thats useful in and of itself, and while we went out of our way not to include the Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood combo (you should have them both in your deck), having one of those effects on a Creature is useful
