For starters, the Destined Rivals expansion (and later the Ascended Heroes expansion) has introduced several great Team Rocket Pokemon to utilize, so adding these cards isnt just a chore
As far as pull rates go, I think my haul was pretty decent: I opened 19 packs in total, and found two illustration rares (Squirtle and Psyduck), two ultra rares (Alakazam ex and Bills Transfer), and one special illustration rare (Blastoise ex)
