Its a different take from the top-ranked SAR version but still highly collectible
As one of Magic's best free spell, it's played just about everywhere it's available, being a free counterspell and all, and in colors where it wont be hard to draw into more blue cards
I really like that Caesar, Legion's Emperor produces its own sacrifice fodder, so you only need one good card to feed into it before things really get rolling
By this era of Pokemon, the cards are dominated by the flashy, hyper-dynamic action pose GX EX whatever cards with characters popping out of, or even outright destroying the frame borders
This brings to mind Shining Pokmon again, where the creature itself rather than the background image is textured holofoil
