Because as much as its a powerful card, I dont really think its a well designed one
There are a lot of utility lands where the only downside is that they don't need the colored mana other decks require, but colorless decks get to use them for no drawbacks at all
Running main-deck Disenchant variants when the opponent has no artifacts or enchantments is fairly common, but a contender for first place is having main-deck creature removal versus a creatureless (or at least creature-poor) deck
Tap it to steal any creaturethen if it untaps or leaves the battlefield, the stolen creature gets destroyed forever, no regeneration allowed
