The brilliantly-named Veloci-Ramp-Tor is all about getting dinosaurs on the field and using Pantlaza, Sun-Favoreds ability to then grab more dinosaurs or spells with the discover mechanic
Its asking too much of a financial commitment from its players for them to stay playing at a decent level, and its asking them to reinvest in it with each new set
The idea here is to play a bunch of fast mana and low-cost spells to quickly empty your hand before your opponents, then Timetwister, refilling your hand while disrupting your opponents
If an ult and a plus or minus generate different emblems/tokens its fine (particularly if the smaller ones are very generic), but having different tokens on different or the same plus or minus can become annoying and confusing
The regular version of this card is easily obtainable in the Into the Inklands starter decks, but we'd be more than happy to hang this Enchanted card up in our gallery
