I'm a strong proponent of the Pokmon TCG shrinking the number of Secret Rares, and I do feel that Trainer Items should be relegated to standard commons and uncommons, but I hope we keep seeing cards like this
Depending on what songs the player has in their deck, this card could be used in a lot of interesting ways

Walking Wake ex Special Illustration Rare 205/162 While not a lot is known about this Pokemon (other than it is likely a relative of the highly popular Suicune legendary), theres plenty going for this rare and beautiful card
Treat SV4M as a Japanese box with regular hits, AR/CHR texture depending on the era, and one SR-or-better style slot, with SAR/CSR/UR/alternate-art outcomes as chance upgrades
