Its good versus Cascade decks, Underworld Breach (without the ability to cast zero cmc spells over and over, they cant mill themselves and cast Thassas Oracle for the win), and to some extent Amulet (Chalice counters Summoners Pact)
Im choosing the Played price, because a lot of these cards have a premium attached to Near Mint condition mainly due to collectors
The takeaway point is: dont stress over it
Card Draw When youve got card draw stapled to your commander which also has ward, it makes other card drawing engines less necessary, but I still think Rishkars Expertise is worth a slot
