It wont stop cards such as Deadly Rollick from the same cycle of cards and it cant beat the rare Exterminatus , but it definitely removes much of the risk involved with having a large board state if you havent been able to dedicate mana to holding up interaction
So you're up against that, first you play Hex Maniac, and then you play Lugia-EX with Double-Colorless Energy, and you use the Lugia-EX to knock out the Keldeo-EX
