Interestingly the last one of these I got was from an Evolutions pack that looked really beat up, the seal on the pack was bad etc and I didn't dare send it out to a customer, opened it and out came M Charizard EX which is currently off being graded, I'll probably never see it again but its a nice idea

At a higher mana cost this might have been a bad card, but as a one mana instant it's good enough to warrant its restriction in Type 1

Treasure Cruise is close to free once you get its cost down to a single blue

They should all be decent in Constructed, and some of them should be awesome in Constructed
